By using Chit Boss you agree to use the platform lawfully and only for legitimate chit fund management activities under the Chit Funds Act, 1982 and applicable state regulations.

Chit Boss provides software tools and does not itself act as a chit fund foreman or financial institution.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
