These Terms of Service govern your use of ChitBook (the "App"), a free chit fund calculator published by Adify Ai Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the App
The App is provided free of charge for personal, lawful use. You may use it to estimate chit fund contributions, dividends and payouts. You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App.
2. No Financial Advice
ChitBook is a calculation tool only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and we are not a chit fund foreman, bank or financial institution. Always verify figures with your chit fund organiser before making decisions.
3. Accuracy of Results
Results depend entirely on the values you enter and on standard chit fund formulas. Actual amounts may differ based on your scheme's rules, commissions and applicable regulations. We do not guarantee accuracy for any specific scheme.
4. No Accounts or Data Storage
The App requires no login and stores no user data on our servers. All calculations run locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, its name, design and content are owned by Adify Ai Pvt Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adify Ai Pvt Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the App or its results.
7. Changes and Availability
We may update, modify or discontinue the App or these terms at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
